The redhead bar tender, with glasses that works night shift is extremely rude. We ended up leaving before we even ordered . She was so condescending in the way she spoke to not only us but several other people . In the morning for breakfast the attendant waited and watched us get full plates and sit down and then came over to ask if we had coupons or vouchers at which point we told her it was included in our room so she told us to wait not eat and she would go check the front desk why would they wait untill after we had gotten our food and sat and started eating to ask us that even though I knew it was included. And why didn't the reception mention needing it in the morning seeing in their system I booked for my room to have breakfast included .

The location was good, the price was fair. My husband is a smoker so we always stay in a smoking room, often those rooms have a heavy odor but this room was much more tolerable.

Very close to airport and short 30 min drive to The Ark Experience which was breathtaking. We are returning between Day after Thanksgiving to end of year for Christmas lights display. This hotel was a good deal. Amazing local place to eat, a must dining experience to go to is at Greyhound Tavern. You won't regret doing all these things.

Staff was very nice, but the hotel was dirty everywhere - from the elevator to our room. Looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. Website stated that there was a pool (the reason I selected it) for my grandson to use. It looked like it had been out of order for some time in that it had some construction items all around. This should have been posted in the information for the hotel. Was not a happy camper and since I had prepaid I stayed anyway because I thought I would not get my money back. It is not acceptable to watch guests be ignored by staff at the front desk. I observed this more than once. We left the hotel we booked within 15 minutes and went to another location. We will avoid the hotels in this area from now on. We will not be returning to this area. The hotel we booked had blood splatter on the curtains, the pool that was advertised, was not in working order, and the breakfast that was advertised ended up being a "grab and go bag". When this was brought to the hotels attention, I of course had to contact the booking agent, and still, my money has not been refunded. Airport is small enough to manage the incoming and departing ground traffic effectively. The hotels are prompt in pickups, and the car rental is fairly well contained. I liked that the hotel I stayed on arrival used their shuttle to drop me at the rental car facility rather than back to the airport to take the shuttle.
